FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
If I use the free version of Streamster, will I have to include ads or feature your branding watermark?
No! You can use the Streamster Free plan without needing to include ads or Streamster branding. You can even add your own branding or another image layer to your video if you want.
Can I have an individual plan?
Sure. Just contact us with your special requirements and we can have a chat.
Do monthly subscriptions have any time or traffic limitations?
No, they are unlimited to use.
Do your pay-per-use plans require any monthly payments?
No. You simply pay for the duration of your live stream to our server with per-minute billing.
Is there a free trial or you have a money-back guarantee?
We don't have a free trial because with our Free plan you can test most of Streamster's features. For any paid plan, you can request a refund within five days of your payment if you’re not 100% satisfied.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can change your payment plan or cancel your subscription via your personal account here. If you’d prefer our help canceling your subscription, simply contact a member of our support team and we can take care of it for you.
Do you have plans for business and enterprise?
Plans and discounts for business and enterprise are the same as for individual users. Businesses may manage multiple users within one account, thus getting higher discounts by paying for services in bulk.
Do you have annual plans?
Currently, we don’t have annual plans. However, you are free to top up your Streamster deposit with the amount that covers more than 1 month of the subscription and get a discount. In this case, the subscription is re-activated every month automatically.
Can I get a discount on long-term subscriptions?
Yes, you can get a discount if you add more funds to your account and use it for either our monthly subscriptions or pay-per-use plans. You’ll receive bonuses that can be used for our services.
The value of bonuses are:
$0-99 + 0%
$100-199 + 10%
$200-499 + 20%
$500-1000 + 30%
$1000-4999 + 40%
$5000+ (contact us)
For example, if you add a $150 deposit to your account, we will add an extra 10%. This means you’ll receive $150 + $15, making Streamster services 10% cheaper for you.
